Sizing Guide:

Step 1: Place a piece of paper on the ground against a wall. Step onto the paper with your heel against the wall, and draw a line where your longest toe ends. Measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your longest toe. Repeat with your other foot to determine the length of your feet.

Step 2: Add an additional 0.7 - 1.2 cm (0.28 - 0.5 inches) to the total length of your foot to allow for enough toe wiggle room. Compare these measurements with the insole length and choose the ideal size. If you're between two sizes, it's recommended to go with the larger size.

Step 3: Insoles can be helpful in achieving the perfect fit. If the shoes feel a little tight, removing the insole can create more space for your feet. Removing the insole from the shoe that feels too small when trying it on can make a difference if you're between sizes.
